Line-ending style does not matter: CR, LF and CRLF are all split the same way.

Operation

Applies once; there is no chain. Apply, copy, apply the next one.

Transformations are per-line where it makes sense: sort and dedupe treat the text as a list of lines.

What to watch for.

Word and sentence counting are heuristics, not linguistics: sentences break on . ! ? followed by a space, so an abbreviation like "e.g." counts as two. Case conversions preserve names that are already correctly cased (PHP, JavaScript, iOS), so "my php script" becomes "My PHP Script".
